    NMA Medical Radiographer Internship

    CNL’s Medical Radiographer internship program demonstrates Chevron’s commitment to corporate social responsibility by giving students practical industry exposure. The one-year internship program for fresh Medical Radiographer graduates in Nigeria enables interns to apply the knowledge gained during their studies in real-world medical radiography clinical practice, while developing their competence and ethical standards under supervision and in line with the requirements of Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) and in preparation for professional registration.

    ​As an intern, you will handle tasks related to your discipline and area of research under the guidance of a supervisor, who will assign daily responsibilities and support your development throughout the program.

    The program also provides valuable industry and functional insight through hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to learn from professionals within the company.

     

    Eligibility

    • The program is open to recent Nigerian graduates with a BSc in Medical Radiographer from local or international institutions.
    • Applicants must hold a provisional license issued by the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).

    Requirements

    • Applicants must submit a recommendation letter from their institution with their internship application.
    • The internship lasts 12 months.

It gives Nigerian undergraduate students the opportunity to gain practical experience, strengthen technical knowledge, develop new skills, and contribute in a professional work environment.

    Interns will work on assignments related to their discipline and report to a supervisor who will provide day-to-day guidance, assign tasks, and support their development throughout the program.

    The program offers valuable industry and functional exposure through hands-on experience, mentorship, learning from Chevron professionals, and other structured development opportunities.

    Eligibility

    • The program is open only to Nigerian students studying in-country or abroad who are available to begin their internship between July and August 2026.
    • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a program leading to a Bachelor’s degree, National Diploma, or Higher National Diploma.
    • Industrial experience must be a compulsory requirement for completing the academic program.

    Requirements

    • Applicants must submit a SIWES recommendation letter from their institution as part of the application.
    • The internship duration is a minimum of three months and a maximum of twelve months, as applicable.
    • Applications must be submitted online through the application portal.
    • All applicants will go through a selection process which will include shortlisting and aptitude tests. Final selection will be based strictly on candidate performance and space availability.

    Eligibility

    • The program is open only to Nigerian students studying in-country or abroad.
    • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a program leading to a master’s degree, doctorate, or postgraduate professional qualification.
    • Research or industry experience must be required to complete the program.

    Requirements

    • Applicants must submit a recommendation letter from their institution with their internship application.
    • The internship has a minimum duration of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months for Master’s students and 24 months for doctoral students.
    • All applications must be submitted online through the application portal.
    • Applicants should include their research areas and/or areas of interest.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
    • All applicants will undergo a shortlisting process that may include aptitude tests and/or interviews. Final selection will be based strictly on candidate performance and space availability.
