    Instrument Maintenance Technician III

    Description

    • Installs and maintains instrument equipment in compliance with all rules and practices
    • Tests and repairs instrumentation systems utilized by production equipment to ensure adherence to established performance levels and product quality
    • Evaluates instruments to establish plans for repair. Documents and verifies problems and actions taken
    • Plans, updates, and oversees all activities within his or her areas of responsibility according to the laws, regulations, standards, specifications, and procedures. Special emphasis must be placed on health,safety, and the environment
    • Supports and encourages team effort between operations, engineering, and projects groups
    • Provides input and reviews the control specifications and work practices
    • Responsible and accountable for control systems as defined in the Work Management Manual
    • Has the knowledge to apply and follow work permits through Permit To Work System (PTWS) as discussed in the Work Management Manual
    • Ensures the quality and timely completion of work scheduled by the Maintenance Program
    • Develops personal and team technical skills (for example, new regulations, equipment, methods, and others)
    • Attends and instructs (as needed) technical meetings, to keep instrument technicians informed of the latest specifications, codes, procedures, and technology
    • Develops and maintains open communications on control issues (for example, safe work practices, training, materials, and others) with co-workers
    • Supports work prioritization to maximize effectiveness and to complement the efforts of other work groups
    • Provides technical support to other Technicians for maintenance and troubleshooting on company's instrument systems
    • Able to generate Management of Change requests (MOCs) on control-related equipment and installation and can follow up with installation inspections consistent with oi System (oi) Element 3
    • Constructs, monitors, and inspects new installations for their consistency with the mission and recommend upgrades as necessary
    • Acts as a stand-in for the Instrument Lead position as needed

    Job Requirement

    • Associates degree and technical certifications required
    • Experience in maintaining Instruments and Controls in processing plant or offshore production plant
    • Is familiar with regulations applicable to the operations of oil and gas facilities, oi systems, related manuals, and procedures
    • Meets the safety, administrative, and technical training requirements associated with this position as documented in the company operations-approved training roadmap
    • Possesses the general competencies and Operations Integrity Critical competency requirements as documented and maintained in company Operations Training roadmap

    Operations Safety Engineer (OSE)

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Assists the Operations Safety Leader in the implementation of the Health, Safety and Environment standards & objectives, in compliance with the One MAESTRO, COMPANY HSE Management System and other COMPANY Referential.
    • Support the OSL to actively lead Company HSE awareness and initiative schemes, ensure compliance with/application of all relevant statutory and Company HSE standards on the operational sites
    • In liaison with the OSL, act as a focal point for all HSE statistics reporting relating to onshore and offshore activities weekly (Collates for review anomaly reports issued from Onshore and record/trend incident reports from Offshore)
    • Ensure HSE training requirements for all personnel (staff and contract) are completely captured in SafePass, HSEPass and ePOB as the case may be; then monitor to drive compliance and report HSE training performance weekly. Stand down review of Incident/REX notifications and their Synergi cases, then follow up the implementation of all actions in Synergi arising from incident investigation reports, audits implementation, etc.
    • Assist the OSL in preparation of reports on key HSE events and related FOPS activities (FORUM, CODIV, STANDOWN, AWAY-DAY, etc), then monitor Field Operations HSE Performances (objectives, activity plan, KPI)
    • Develop monthly HSE Performance reports following the direction of the OSL and assist in the preparation, coordination and organization of the quarterly base HSE Committee Meetings (CODIV)
    • Facilitate and participate in contractors HSE MS audits; operational sites HSE audits & inspections as well as report, monitor and update all actions emanating from them, including OPERSAFE and MAESTRO Audit corrective actions
    • Participate in hazard studies / risk assessments undertaken for the modification of installations and the execution of operations when the need arises to ensure the safe execution of operations; and that risks are adequately managed
    • Create new HSE material/equipment after validating the specifications with OSL, raise MRFs/SRF for procurement of HSE consumables /services for site operations; follow up with responsible supply chain parties (buyer, FOPS materials coordinator, transit, Stock controller, LADOL materials Supt, etc) till delivery to site.
    • Monitor as the Decentralized Purchase Person the HSE consumables and services supply chain processes for unassigned PRs, unreleased PRs, POs, and SES; then promptly highlight to the OSL for intervention.
    • Participate in the supply chain DUET meetings to drive availability of HSE consumable materials.

    Job Requirement

    • Engineering degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Petroleum or Safety, fluent in English with good communication skills
    • Professional Experience: 5 years in Oil and Gas (E&P), 3 years in HSE position.
    • Experience in a construction and operation environment, in Safety Engineering techniques, (HAZOP, PTR, HAZID and Audits)

    Drilling Engineer / Specialist III

    Description

    • Provide the engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient drilling and completing of drilling programs.
    • Ensure well objectives are met while assuring the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection are applied.
    • Provide technical expertise on drilling engineering to the Operations and Development teams.
    • Prepare Drilling Basis of Design documentation, including Casing Design, Torque/Drag, and Hydraulics
    • Develop functional specifications and scopes of work for equipment and services
    • Make continuous effort to improve regional well construction performance

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Engineering or related technical field
    • Experience with well planning and execution
    • Experience with international assignments required
    • Experience in deep water drilling operations if filling a deep water drilling engineering position
    • Able to effectively organize and communicate thoughts
    • Experience with well design software as well as Microsoft applications
    • Read, write and speak fluent English
    • Industry experience with well planning and execution
    • Legacy MPN offshore and regional well construction experience preferred
    • Extensive experience with jack up rig operations
    • • Currently working actively as a senior drilling / wells engineer

    Electrical Engineering Technician III

    Description

    • Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Provides guidance to lower level staff with complex problems.
    • Assembles, tests, and modifies experimental and/or operational electrical machinery, electrical control equipment, electrical circuitry and components according to engineering specifications in industrial or commercial plants and laboratories.
    • Diagnoses causes of malfunctions or failures and performs preventive/corrective maintenance.
    • Records data and recommends modification or replacement of failed equipment.

    Job Requirements

    • Previous experience in a closely related position
    • Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience
    • Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps
    • Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs.
