• The Industrial Attachment Trainee is to assist in the effective running of the assigned department’s operations to achieve the set goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
• Retrieving documents and information as needed.
• Drafting and formatting correspondence, emails, and other communications.
• Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
• Inputting and updating data into databases or spreadsheets.
• Addressing inquiries and providing information or assistance as needed
• Manage office supplies and Inventory

Qualifications and Skills

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any relevant course
• Seeking for Industrial Attachment placement is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Must reside in Ikorodu or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily sales records.  
• Ensure to receive and put incoming supplies on shelves.
• Rotate stock, move older medication to front shelf use prior to expiration date.
• Respond to telephone calls, providing general information and route varied calls to apt party.
• Support pharmacist with all inventory through counting drugs plus supplies.
• Maintain a clean and well-arranged shelves. 
• Ensure pharmacy is always well arranged and clean.

Requirements

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sector is added advantage.
• Must reside in Ikorodu metropolis or willing to relocate.
