    Human Resources (HR) Team Lead

    Job Description

    • Bachelor's Degree. Additional HR certifications will be advantageous.
    • 5 years in HR Operations Activities within the oil and gas sector
    • Experienced in managing Labour/Union related issues such as Collective Bargaining Agreements, disagreements, etc
    • Overseeing Payroll Processing & Compensation, Salary, Time Management, Full & Final Settlement, and Post Recruitment Procedures.
    • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Experienced in Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Human Resources Policy & Systems, and all facets of HR.
    • Driving the company’s HR administration, by reviewing policies as they relate to staff handbook, appraisal, targets and KPIs, employee discipline, and promotions and raises.

    Female QAQC Officer

    Job Description

    • Implementing quality standards and quality control systems.
    • Knowledge of welding and fabrication inspection and variable control.
    • Review of work Procedures and Method Statements and ensuring that contractor’s site activities comply with relevant Procedures, Standards, Codes, Specifications and necessary Quality requirements (DEP’s and SCS) at all time.
    • Conduct Material Receiving Inspection both on site and pre-fab yard, Inspection of material storage condition.
    • Conduct pre-mob of contractor’s equipment to ensure that they are properly calibrated and fit for use.
    • Issuance of Technical Queries, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) where necessary and enforce Corrective Actions.
    • Maintain necessary Quality Documentation such as Inspection Records, Personnel Qualification Records, Procedure Qualification Records, Welding Procedure Specification,
    • Supervision of Welder Qualification Test and Welder Revalidation test to ensure that only qualified personnel are used on the job
    • Participate in the weekly meetings with supervisor and contractor to evaluate the progress of ongoing activities, determine one week look ahead and assess and report potential show stoppers
    • Engaging the involved parties to sign Inspection Test Plan (ITP) record, fulfilling requirements for signing the Statement of Fitness (SOF).

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience.
