Head Teacher/School Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the overall leadership and management of the school.
- Oversee academic planning and implennentation. Lead, support and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with parents and the wider school community.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
- Up to 5 years working experience in the field.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for child development and educational excellence. Integrity and a commitment to the school's vision and values.
