    Head of Technology

    • The purpose of the job is to provide sound technical leadership in cybersecurity and technology development in all aspects of our business. The incumbent will serve as a strategic thought-partner, and report to the CEO. A strong business acumen is essential in this role.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and Manage Cybersecurity Development for Client.
    • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
    • Work closely with the Commercial Team in uncovering clients’ request.
    • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate technology development systems, policies and procedures.
    • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
    • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
    • Preserve IT assets, information security and control structures. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
    • Responsible for establishing and delivering the Commercial IT vision aligned with Commercial strategy.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the Commercial organization and establish and own the Commercial IT roadmap which addresses gaps in current delivery and identifies new solutions to enable growth.
    • Understand and balance the immediate needs of Commercial, supports new business demands and helps define future solutions regarding suitable systems and IT services.
    • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Commercial IT team while also developing people from both a functional skills and leadership perspective.
    • Ensure that the Commercial IT organization is structured and resourced cost effectively to implement the Commercial IT roadmap and oversee operational support.
    • Develop and maintain internal partnerships with stakeholders, external partnerships with vendors and provide regular feedback that is actionable.
    • Collaborate with Commercial stakeholders to understand, document and prioritize requests.
    • Proactively communicate with stakeholders in order to provide updates, anticipate future needs and offer strategic recommendations and insights.
    • Accountable for ensuring that solutions and services deliver expected business value.
    • Engage as a member of the ITLT (Information Technology Leadership Team).
    • Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
    • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
    • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

    JOB REQUIREMENT & PERSON SPECIFICATION

    Academic Qualification & Work Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Programming, Computer Science Engineering or related field
    • Experienced in hiring, managing, and retaining a team of talented technology professionals
    • Minimum of 7 years Engineering and software development experience in cybersecurity, banking and payment industry
    • 6+ years’ management experience in an IT environment
    • 3+ years’ experience working with cybersecurity systems
    • Demonstrated experience in negotiating with business leaders to drive effectiveness of the Technology department
    • 3 + years' Experience providing Technology solutions in a Cybersecurity/ Financial environment preferred
    • PMP, ITIL, SCRUM certification desirable

    Head of Sales

    Job Summary: 

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to join our team. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IT industry.
    • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased sales effectiveness.

    • Must have relationships with Bank, OEMs e.t.c
    • Knowledge of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
