This senior management level role aims to provide capability across the spectrum of Enterprise Asset Management, Intelligent Asset Management, Engineering, Safety and Information Technology, with a broad geographical footprint that will support oil and gas, manufacturing and utility industry assets around the world.
This ambition is planned to be achieved by: shaping future ways of working through the introduction of new cutting-edge technologies, best practice processes, digital thinking, including real-time datadriven end-to-end optimization and risk management ; providing performance feedback while propelling disciplined execution to deliver reliable and flagship results; helping the organization build improvement plans and provide support to execute them
Interface with Project Managers, Operational Readiness and Assurance (ORA), Discipline, Maintenance, Reliability, Operations engineers, Spares Coordinator and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) to deliver Maintenance Management System from Project to Asset Operations
Coordinate multiple interfaces (IMIT, IT, CMMS users) to ensure aligned roll out of various connected portfolio applications towards operate phase
Accountable for Asset Register and responsible for completeness, accuracy and integrity of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) master data including MOC of data changes in project phase
Accountable for the design and deployment of Master Data Governance (MDG) applications to be adopted during operations for managing plant assets and other related master data
Responsible to setup and maintain assets that require regular preventative maintenance or inspection ensuring it has the correct maintenance and safety standards/procedures applied against them
Develops and recommends procedures for best practices with use of CMMS
Ensure proper management of data changes between EPC, IM &IT, CMMS Build team and Contracts and Procurement (C&P) data team
Recommend best setup of Key Data Structure to accurately reflect asset organization setup and business processes in CMMS
Eliminate and simplify requirements, recognizing where specific requirements are excessive in comparison to other projects for CMMS
Apply client’s approved standards to deliver Asset Information requirements to the Capital Project and Operations
Technical Expertise in writing maintenance procedures and workflows
Develop performance-based culture across all disciplines working towards specific global KPIs
Anchor benchmark reviews and audits to drive compliance and improvements
Desired Skills and Experience
University Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical
Required 10+yrs operational experience in engineering/technical jobs
Experience in Plant Maintenance area within a Manufacturing or Upstream environment as an engineering user of CMMS, Inspection Management Systems (IMS), and Document Management Systems (DMS)
Experience in Engineering relevant design, maintenance or analysis:
Equipment design, analysis, decision making, troubleshooting; Reliability ; Centred Maintenance, Engineering Root Cause Analysis, or Safety, Criticality and Risk Assessment, Ishikawa Diagrams, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Total Quality Management, Hazard Analysis, etc.
Experience in Engineering Projects – design of plant, plant process design, scheduling, construction, and handover
Experience in Technical Data and Documents management including processes and tools.
Use and understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance(PM)/Materials
Management(MM) modules
Detailed grasp of the context in the use of technical data and documentation within technical data processes, physical processing assets (hardware) and associated operations
Flexibility to move quickly across changing priorities and manage multiple Projects/Programmes
Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
Prior work experience in an oil and gas Plant
External lens and connectivity: able to understand how major oil and gas players can influence the external world and how they are also influenced by same
Ensure optimal Supply Chain solutions are delivered in alignment with the environment, the Group portfolio and key customer needs
Pioneer and develop new and innovative distribution combined with commercial approaches to drive value from the supply chain
Optimizing costs whilst maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the Supply Chain
Spearhead distribution-related activities and in particular, manage the 3PL distribution operations to ensure agreed service level agreements are met to deliver high customer service satisfaction and strong growth.
Optimize relationships with stakeholders at all points of the supply chain, internal and external, to facilitate the efficient flow from production through to patient.
Lead and co-ordinate the S&OP/ IBP in the affiliate to ensure realistic but stretch targets for the commercial and Supply Chain teams, while minimizing obsolescence risk and ensuring alignment with Finance & Region
Deliver quality product on time, in full and at the right cost to meet customer requiremen
Lead the market to become a best-in-class S&OP driven organization
Leading, developing and motivating the Supply Chain team
Building strong relationships through the Supply Chain organization, affiliate stakeholders and key customers
Ensure supply chain compliance with corporate and regulatory standards as well as Health and Safety requirement
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree from a recognised University
Master's degree is a plus
Minimum 10 years experience in a senior role within Supply Chain in cognate companies
Confirmed Team leadership
Personality with strong delivery skills and focused on results
Very good communicator with an ability to discuss on executive level within Group and externally
Hability to build an efficient networking with both commercial, Manufacturing & Supply
Analytical thinking, Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Market & Industry understanding, Accounting and Finance principles
Articulate and possess excellent communication skills to cascade, motivate and interact with senior management teams
Proven influencing and negotiation skills to influence and drive changes in a regional/ global environment
Strong leadership skills to engage and grow office and remote teams/ distributors towards a culture of high performance and collaboration
In depth knowledge of key supply chain processes (forecasting / planning, customer care, distribution, cost and compliance) & current best practices
