• Monitor internal and external risk factors affecting the business.
• Lead risk reporting, audits, and stress testing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in risk management or related senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability.
• Professional risk or audit certification is an added advantage.
