    Head of Finance and Account

    Job Summary

    • The accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions.
    • The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

    Accounts Payable/Receivable:

    • Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

    General Ledger Management:

    • Maintained and reconciled general ledger accounts.
    • Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor budgetary compliance and report variances.

    Tax Compliance:

    • Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

    Audit Support:

    • Provide support during internal and external audits.
    • Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries.

    Financial Analysis:

    • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.
    • Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 15 years working experience, including in a conglomerate.
    • Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA).
    • Proven leadership and strategic financial planning skills.
    • Experience in managing large teams and driving financial efficiency.

    Finance and Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Auditing financial documents and procedures
    • Reconciling Bank Statements and calculating Tax and pension payments and returns.
    • Track Record of Bookkeeping
    • Have a flair for spotting numeric Mistakes
    • Manage all Accounting Transactions
    • Prepare Budget forecasts
    • Inventory Management
    • Manage Balance sheets and Profit/Loss Statements
    • Reconcile accounts Payable and receivable
    • Ensuring Daily administration of the operation’s fund
    • Financial Reporting

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

    Senior Accounting

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all accounting operations
    • Reconcile bank statement and provide monthly financial reports
    • Analyze financial records to check for inconsistencies and errors
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, receipts, and invoices.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
    • Prepare budget and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
    • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years working experience in finance and accounting.
    • Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA).
    • Strong expertise in financial reporting and compliance.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Hospital Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Initialize, direct, supervise and evaluate all operational and staffing activities in the hospital.
    • Ensure efficient running of the hospital.
    • Work towards improving the efficiency of care, keep up-to-date on new laws, represent the hospital at meetings and organize the records of operational services.
    • Plan, implement and administer programmes and services in the hospital, including staff administration, training, and coordination of all employees.
    • Liaising with a variety of professionals, from doctors, nurses, HMOs, and other staff.
    • Utilize problem-solving and technical skills to find creative solutions for staffing and administrative problems.
    • Regularly presenting reports of hospital activities to senior management.
    • Ensuring prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies.
    • Answering queries from staff and external bodies.
    • Developing strategies to improve revenue generation of the hospital.
    • Overseeing all administrative function to ensure accuracy and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
    • Driving skill is a plus.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 - 7 years experience.
