Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team and oversee the development and delivery of effective engineering solutions across Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engineering strategies for projects.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain project Master Design Registers.
• Manage engineering deliverables, manhours and design schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.
• Support procurement through timely engineering deliverables.
• Provide engineering solutions for critical project activities.
• Lead value engineering initiatives and cost optimization.
• Manage Client engineering stakeholders.
• Develop engineering plans and team training needs.
• Conduct site visits for data collection and project feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
• COREN Registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years' engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong hands-on engineering design experience.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering design tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and technical skills.
• Project Management certification is an advantage.
• Oil & Gas engineering experience is an advantage.
• Strong emotional intelligence and people-development skills.
