Job Summary;

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Chambers to lead and manage our legal team. The ideal candidate will oversee legal operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and provide strategic direction for the firm’s litigation and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities;

• Lead and supervise lawyers, associates, and support staff
• Oversee case allocation, strategy, and execution
• Review legal documents, opinions, and court processes
• Represent the firm in high-level litigation and client matters
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards, including the Nigerian Bar Association and Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely service delivery
• Drive business development and client acquisition
• Mentor junior lawyers and support staff development
• Oversee chambers operations, reporting, and performance
• Minimum of 7 years post call for Head of Chambers
