Job Description

• Developing and maintaining overall framework of IT policies, standards and strategies that will empower business and people to deliver on their commitments to the strategy and budgets
• Setting up IT guidelines in structural management for the entire IT infrastructure which involves computers, peripheral devices, and telecommunications, servers and internet.
• Directing the development and execution of a firm-wide cyber security program that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's information and systems meeting regulatory, governmental, partner, and organization’s expectations
• Ensure that the organization's technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner
• Supervising vetting and procurement of all technology related outsourced services.
• Establishing and fostering a mature IT team culture via a policy driven approach with documented and repeatable processes, reward for innovative and repeated success, and a team approach to new initiatives and issue resolution
• Managing and driving the organization's cloud strategy
• Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging information technologies, and voice and data communications
• Improving and driving SAGE and other application projects from IT defining IT Policies to meet business objectives. Periodically monitor and review IT Policies to align with business objectives.
• Assessing IT risks and alerting stakeholders to take informed business decisions.
• Periodically connecting with Line Managers to understand and fulfill their function level challenges, dependent on IT Function
• Doing everything else as directed by your line manager

Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Information Technology, 4 of which are managerial and strategic
• Must have Min of 5 years IT Infrastructure Experience in the E-commerce Sector.
• Experience in online platform development and payment, automation of business solutions
• Proven track record of Cyber Security oversight and program development

Job Description

• Plan and direct the technical execution of various aspects of the project (building constructions)
• Provide technical guidance regarding structural repairs, construction, and design.
• Advise the construction manager regarding construction material costs and quantity calculations
• Produce and issue precise technical specifications and data sheets
• Write daily detailed reports on progress of activities as the play out
• Assisting in the tender enquiries and valuations
• Responsible for quality control of construction and civil engineering documents
• Oversee technical & non-technical engineering workers to guarantee successful completion of the project
• Aid other departments in development of plan and cost estimates on building work
• Arranging the planning and scheduling of work
• Assist in the monthly Quality Audits
• Liaison with design team, local authority, contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Masters is an added advantage).
• COREN Certfied, MNSE.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction company.
• Skilled in AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook, CSC Orion, Prota Structure, Prota Details, Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong project management skills.
• Skilled in Cost Management, Structural Analysis and Design, Construction Design, Material Management, Strategic Planning and other relevant skills.

Our Client in the Real Estate Sector is currently looking to fill the role of an Assistant Maintenance Manager.

Job Description:

• Determine and manage daily manpower arrangement for each section to achieve daily production planning
• Prepare and keep records of requisition of raw materials required for daily production
• Prepare daily production report
• Ensure the production line run smoothly and daily production plan is achieved
• Attend to breakdowns promptly to ensure minimum loss in production time with competent Production Technician(s)
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Monitor quality standards of products and implement improvements plans
• Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management

Required Skills

• Knowledge of quality systems and standards
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques
• Knowledge of machines, tool and technology principles and practices

Qualifications

• Minimum of HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
•  Min 3-5 years minimum working experience in a Real Estate Firm.
• Experienced in real estate facility management processes and techniques
• Must be resident in Lagos.
