Group Head, Retail Banking
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 10 - 12 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Banking
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- An MBA or professional certification is an advantage.
- 10 to 12 years of retail banking experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- A proven track record of acquiring, engaging, and retaining individual customers at scale through digital channels.
- A strong understanding of consumer financial services, credit analysis, and retail risk management.
- Experience with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions, plus strong sales leadership, and relationship management skills.
