    General Manager (Construction)

    Position Overview:

    • The General Manager will serve as a key member of our leadership team, responsible for the overall management and performance of the company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of business operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion into real estate ventures.
    • Operational Oversight: Supervise and optimize all aspects of the firm's operations, including resource allocation, workflow management, and process improvement.
    • Team Management: Provide leadership and support to department heads and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    • Financial Management: Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and sustainable profitability.
    • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards to uphold legal and ethical standards.
    • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, architecture or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience, including in a senior management role, preferably in the architectural, construction, or real estate industry.
    • A good understanding of Project Management is an added advantage 
    • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of architectural and construction processes is a plus but not required.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Sales Executive (IT)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized solutions.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored IT solutions to meet clients' specific requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, articulating the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
    • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our offerings and expand our market presence.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the ICT industry. B2B sales experience would be an added advantage. 
    • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

    Account Officer

    Responsibilities:

    As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Conducting financial transactions, including validating and verifying their impact on general accounts.
    • Collaborating with team members to prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements.
    • Performing account reconciliation, including payables and receivables activities.
    • Assisting with the development of short, medium & long term business plans based on financial reports.
    • Providing support in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and budgets.
    • Managing the account payables function and reconciling supplier sub-ledger accounts.
    • Handling general administrative duties, including bookkeeping and preparation of final accounts.

    Requirements

    The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to pay attention to detail and work effectively in a team.
    • ICAN/ACCA certification will be an added advantage.
    • Basic knowledge of Accounting software will be an added advantage
