    Full Stack Developer (Node.js)

    Purpose Statement

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer (Node.js) to join our team and take a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our cutting-edge financial technology solutions.
    • You will be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of robust, user-friendly web applications that empower our customers to manage their financial lives with ease.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience working as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and JavaScript, preferably in the FinTech/Financial Services.
    • Proficiency in using modern Node.js frameworks and JavaScript libraries (e.g., Typescript, Next.js, Nest.js, React, Angular, Vue.js).
    • Strong understanding of responsive design principles, ensuring a consistent user experience across devices.
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative coding practices.
    • Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
    • Knowledge of frontend build tools for optimizing and bundling assets.
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies and development practices.
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Full Stack Development.
    • Contributions to open-source projects, personal coding projects, or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Familiarity with fintech industry trends and challenges is an advantage.

    Direct Sales Agent

    Purpose Statement

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Agent to join our team and play a crucial role in mobilizing funds for our cutting-edge investment product.
    • As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential investors, identifying new funding opportunities, and effectively convey the compelling benefits our investment offerings bring to investors, ensuring they secure optimal rates for their financial growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify target markets and develop strategies to drive high volumes of new funds.

    • Experience mobilizing investments exceeding portfolio targets is highly desirable.
    • Extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors, with a strong network of potential investors.
    • Deep understanding of investment strategies, financial markets, and investment trends.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close investment deals successfully.
    • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
    • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
    • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to fundraising and investment.
