Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site spot checks to ensure FTTH project quality compliance and workmanship standards.
• Provide on-site technical and quality training to subcontractors (SBC) to enhance execution quality.
• Assist the project team in addressing field issues and implementing corrective actions when required.
• Report site quality issues and non-conformities to the Quality Manager in a timely manner.
• Follow up on all identified quality issues until proper resolution and closure are achieved.
• Prepare and submit daily quality and spot-check reports, including findings and corrective measures.
• Support continuous improvement of site quality processes and promote adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of field experience in FTTH or telecom engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of FTTH installation standards, OSP construction, and QC processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic project documentation tools.
• Must hold valid certifications in:
• Work at Height
• Electrical Safety
• First Aid

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite quality training to SBC personnel.
• Provide quality support and assistance to the project team when required.
• Identify, record, and report quality issues observed onsite to the Quality Manager in a timely manner.
• Track and follow up on corrective actions until all quality issues are fully resolved and closed.
• Prepare and submit daily reports covering site spot checks and other onsite quality-related activities.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in RAN project quality management or related telecom engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of site quality standards, installation, and safety requirements.
• Ability to conduct onsite inspections and deliver technical training effectively.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Must hold valid certifications in:

• Electrical Safety
• First Aid
