    Nurse / Midwife (RN / RM)

    Responsibilities and Attributes

    • Provides direct and indirect care for assigned patients in various nursing units and per scheduled shift
    • Role encompasses nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients across the healthcare continuum involving families
    • Managing patients with various medical cases
    • Perform patient assessment using appropriate, problem focused, and age-specific assessment techniques
    • Analyze the assessment data, derive nursing interventions, set priorities according to patients’ needs, formulate a plan of care, implement and evaluate the outcome
    • Document all relevant data in the medical record according to hospital standards
    • Treat patients and families with care and respect while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
    • Involve the patient, significant others, and health care providers in the plan of care when appropriate
    • Collaborate with other disciplines through multidisciplinary meetings and care conferences to facilitate patient care and operations
    • Initiate appropriate discharge plan
    • Recognize subtle cues to anticipate potential problems
    • Demonstrate required assessment and therapeutic skills
    • Implement and monitor infection control measures
    • Apply safety measures related to patient care
    • Operate all unit-required equipment safely
    • Ensure availability and maintenance of supplies and equipment needed for the unit and patient care
    • Administer medications, monitor desirable and undesirable effects and intervene appropriately
    • Ensure that patients are provided with appropriate nutrition
    • Manage patients with infectious diseases when applicable
    • Manage pediatric patients with infectious diseases when applicable
    • Strictly follow clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures set by the hospital management
    • Provide emotional support and measures to alleviate fear and anxiety
    • Assess patient and family readiness and identifying learning needs.

    Requirements
    Candidate must possess the following:

    • Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as staff nurse (RN) / Midwife (RM),
    • Must have 2-4 years cognate clinical experience in direct patient care and a minimum of 12 months in a multiple bed hospital.
    • Age: Not more than 45 years.

    Driver

    Requirements
    Candidate must possess the following:

    • Must have a minimum of SSCE
    • Minimum of 4 years experience as a driver, (within a corporate environment is an added advantage)
    • Must reside within Enugu
    • Must be ready for immediate engagement
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
    • Must be a very dedicated and committed individual
    • Must be willing to travel when required
    • Must possess good oral and written communication skills
    • Must pay attention to detail

    Hospital Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a liaison among governing boards, medical staff, and department managers.
    • Organize, control, and coordinate services as per the hospital board regulations.
    • Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and department activities.
    • Evaluate personnel and prepare daily reports.
    • Assist with recruitment, consenting, screening, and enrollment of personnel.
    • Practice financial acumen in managing budgets.
    • Authorize admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
    • Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made on time.

    Qualifications
    Candidate must possess the following:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related profession
    • 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a hospital administrator role (essential).
    • Good knowledge of medical terminologies, & processes (highly advantageous).
    • Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
    • Great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
    • Superb organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent documentation, communication, business presentation and people management skills.
    • Passionate about clinical excellence.
    • Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
    • Preferably lives in Enugu or willing to relocate.

    Accounting Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Accounting officers to work with the company’s auditor to ensure proper scrutiny of accounts from the details in the business’s accounts and its financial records.
    • To prepare the annual financial statement.
    • To facilitate the reconciliation of accounts.
    • Also, give financial advice.
    • And other duties assigned by the Chief Finance Officer.

    Requirements
    Candidate must possess the following:

    • OND / HND or a Degree in Accounting or any relevant field.
    • NYSC completion is mandatory
    • Good knowledge of basic accounting principles, concepts and entries
    • Good knowledge of Nigeria tax laws and regulations
    • Must have at least 2-3 years cognate experience in a reputable organization
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Must reside in Enugu.
    • Age: Not more than 35 years.
