    Regional Sales Manager

    Job Introduction

        Adexen was mandated by a pharmaceutical company to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for its operations. The position is based in Enugu.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing operational support to the sales team; also responsible for inbound and/or outbound lead generation for new product sales
    • Sales forecasting, analytics, productivity, and other sales support functions
    • Strategic interface with Marketing team for effective execution of sales-oriented initiatives to deepen brand penetration
    • Lead sales/strategy development and implementation to achieve sales targets and drive team’s effectiveness
    • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
    • Increase Coverage, Distribution and market penetration of the company’s products
    • Manage significant sales pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth

    Head of Sales

    Job Introduction

        Adexen was mandated by a pharmaceutical company to recruit a Head of Sales for its operations. The position is based in Lagos.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for delivering net sales value, projected volumes, and market share targets for diagnostics division across Nigeria
    • Lead development and implementation of effective sales strategies
    • Overall leader of nationwide direct sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives
    • Lead recruitment of additional direct sales personnel
    • Meet or exceed identified monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales volume and value goals
    • Responsible for Sales Planning and driving effective Sales Management
    • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization
    • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary
    • Provide sales management, budget control, and incentive planning
    • Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff
    • Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

    Finance Manager - Expatriate

    Job Introduction

        Adexen was mandated by an international maritime company to recruit an expatriate Finance Manager / CFO for its operations. The position is based in Port Harcourt.

    Responsibilities

    • The Finance Manager will be responsible for the establishment, the management and the development of the subsidary's Finance and Administration.
    • Ensure that the subsidiary operations are functionning in an efficient manner in accordance with the Group policy and local requirements and legislation.
    • Reporting of all transactions, develop, monitor and maintain internal control system to ensure the completness, accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions of the subsidiary.
    • Produce all periodic and ad hoc financial reports in accordance with the Group & Regional reporting requirements.
    • Develop analysis explaining operational and overhead results. Working with regional subsidiaries to develop and maintain standard cost rates for all income producing.
    • Provide accounting, tax, legal and financial expertise as required to support Africa and Mediterranean.
    • Establish and maintain local personnel and payroll systems.
    • Assist in selecting, recruiting, training and developing financial, and administrative staff.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Master degree in Finance
    • Minimum 7-10 years experience in a similar position
    • Thorough knowledge of local financial legislation and systems is essential
    • Financial management experience
    • Corporate management accounting experience
    • Administration process experience
    • Excellent in problem solving, analytical and administrative skills
    • Practical, ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
    • Leadership attitude and good decision making skills

    Sales Operations Manager

    Job Introduction

        Adexen was mandated by a pharmaceutical company to recruit a Sales Operations Manager for its operations. The positions is based in Lagos.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing operational support to the sales team; also responsible for inbound and/or outbound lead generation for new product sales
    • Sales forecasting, analytics, productivity, and other sales support functions
    • Strategic interface with Marketing team for effective execution of sales-oriented initiatives to deepen brand penetration
    • Set strategic operational goals by liaising with other HODs
    • Translate the strategic goals into B2B / retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted business growth and profitability
    • Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
    • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics
    • Manage a successful sales support team to consistently meet and exceed daily sales performance metrics
    • Effectively manage Sales Operations’ expenses to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals
    • Approve expenses and manage profitability reporting as it relates to field metrics
    • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations e.g. Prepare Service Level agreement for vendors registration
    • Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
    • Act as a liaison/partner between the Sales Team and other internal customers
    • Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team and recruitment in accomplishing company goals
    • Work closely with Marketing to create, implement, and track successful marketing campaigns that maximize the organization’s visibility with medical communities, professional associations, and other stakeholders (partners)
    • Complete sales forecasts, sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner
    • Supervise, manage and develop the Sales Support team

    Desired Skills and Experience
