Brief Overview of Role:

• Carries out the maintenance planning and management control activities. Prepares standard and ad-hoc reports in order to support the decision making process of different areas. Plans scheduled repairs (regular and annual) in accordance with the production plans and maintenance strategies.

Day to Day Activities

• Plans scheduled repairs (regular and annual) in accordance with the production plans and maintenance strategies.
• Prepares standard and ad-hoc reports in order to support the decision making process of different areas.
• Analyzes and controls technical specifications and requirements for maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with user needs.
• Interacts and Coordinates with external services to fulfill internal user requirements/needs
• Follows up scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with user needs.

Your Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering  or Physical Sciences
• Maintenance Experience preferably in planning maintenance activities
• Maximum of 5-year post NYSC working experience in Maintenance Quick thinking, analytical, Drive for results.
• Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel

• You are responsible for the execution of installation, mounting, repairing and start up activities for pieces and equipment’s by managing resources and effectively interacting with internal/external clients.
• You ensure compliance with quality, time, cost and safety standards. Optimizes working cycle in the workshop.
• You analyze and offer technical resource availability, ensuring a suitable minimum stock.
• You participate in the development of maintenance information systems and supports actions as required. Analyze and uses the information provided in order to support the decision making process.

Your profile:

• Degreed in: Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering or Robotics or other related technical fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5 year Electronics/Automation Experience
• Language: English - Intermediate
• Specific knowledge: Excel, Outlook, Maintenance, Automation, Electro-Mechanics, PLCs, Sensors

• Specific knowledge: Excel, Outlook, Maintenance, bearings, hydraulic, compressors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, conveyors, auto-mechanical, auto-electrical and power generators.
• CNC Knowledge will be an added advantage
