The Customer Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, and achieving financial targets through effective customer engagement within their assigned territories. The CAM will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by ensuring high disbursement rates, maximizing Value-Added Services (VAS) adoption, and maintaining a high loan repayment rate.

A monthly base salary of ₦40,000, with additional commission payable upon meeting performance targets.
We are looking for a Credit Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end credit operations within SCALE by Renda. This role is responsible for overseeing underwriting, credit disbursement, collections, compliance, risk management, credit scoring, and customer service.
