    Customer Account Manager (CAM)

    The Customer Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, and achieving financial targets through effective customer engagement within their assigned territories. The CAM will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by ensuring high disbursement rates, maximizing Value-Added Services (VAS) adoption, and maintaining a high loan repayment rate.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate the disbursement of loans to eligible customers within the assigned park or territory, ensuring timely processing and compliance with Renda’s KYC requirements
    • Promote and sell Value-Added Services (VAS), including spare parts and repairs, CNG conversion, vehicle documentation renewal, and health insurance, to maximize customer adoption and revenue growth
    • Collection of daily loan repayments from customers who have received loans, while proactively ensuring compliance and mitigating the risk of default
    • Drive incremental revenue growth from existing customer accounts.

    Key Qualifications & Requirements

    • Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE)
    • 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related role—preferably in the financial services, logistics, or mobility sector
    • Basic understanding of loan disbursement and repayment processes, with some knowledge of credit risk management
    • Ability to meet and exceed revenue and loan collection targets

    A monthly base salary of ₦40,000, with additional commission payable upon meeting performance targets.

    Credit Operations Manager– SCALE

    We are looking for a Credit Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end credit operations within SCALE by Renda. This role is responsible for overseeing underwriting, credit disbursement, collections, compliance, risk management, credit scoring, and customer service. The ideal candidate is data-driven, solutions-oriented, and passionate about building scalable credit products. 

    Key Responsibilities

     Credit Strategy & Operations

    • Manage the full lifecycle of credit operations: onboarding, underwriting, disbursement, monitoring, and collections.
    • Implement and maintain a dynamic credit scoring system for B2B and B2C segments.
    • Ensure operational integration with partner systems and APIs for seamless credit deployment.

    Risk & Compliance

    • Monitor portfolio performance, assess risk exposure, and deploy mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure full compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead regular audits and ensure zero critical findings.

    Process Optimization & Automation

    • Identify inefficiencies across credit operations and implement scalable, automated solutions.
    • Streamline credit workflows to reduce TAT and operational costs.
    • Drive innovation in credit operations through data and technology.

    Customer Experience

    • Manage client escalations and ensure SLA-aligned issue resolution.
    • Foster a customer-centric culture to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

    Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Track key credit metrics including delinquency, repayment rate, and disbursement volumes.
    • Deliver timely and error-free reports: weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
    • Provide insights to refine credit strategies and inform business decisions.
    • Cross-functional & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technology to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Manage external relationships with banks, credit bureaus etc

    Key Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in credit operations, risk management, or fintech credit
    • Strong understanding of credit risk, scoring systems, and regulatory frameworks
    • Proven track record in disbursement performance and operational excellence
    • Skilled in data analytics, CRM tools, and credit management software
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
