• ·Create, edit and enhance web content using the Content Management System (CMS)
• Create and maintain web forms
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with various partners (including customers, staffs and outside vendors)
•  Meet with partners to set project expectations, scope and requirements; to establish priorities; and to identify solutions that fit the challenge Guide digital communications projects from concept to testing to launch, and provide ongoing maintenance
• Be proactive about identifying solutions and technologies that could enhance ease of use for the commerce website
•  Work independently as needed to bring projects to completion
• Web Support Specialist support our web based products and services through email, desktop and telephone support. Interacts with customers and troubleshoot problems to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
•  Maintain, respect, and protect the confidentiality of information held within, or transferred across, the Obiwezy's computer and communication resources in any format

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in computing, communications, new media, English, art or other applicable field.
• A minimum 1-.5years of directly relevant work experience
•  Broad-based website management abilities
• Proficiency with HTML, CMS and CRM skills (1-2 years of experience)
• Customer service experience
• Experience writing for the web
• Experience managing, customizing and/or strategizing about Social media/networking outlets

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and posting available goods and recording  of inventory.
• Documentation of all new inventory.
• Inspect the levels of inventory gotten on a weekly basis.
• Design and implement inventory tracking system (as required) to optimize inventory control procedure.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations and evaluate new inventory to ensure its conform to company’s request
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure business goals are met
• Any other duty of related responsibility assigned by line manage

REQUIREMENNTS 

• HND / B.Sc 
• Experience:1-2 years
• Must be computer-literate: must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP) will be a great advantage
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• An analytical mind with sharp eyes for details is KEY for this role.
