    Head, Advisor Support and Engagement

    • Contribute to the achievement of the division’s targets by driving strategic support, enhancing advisor engagement, overseeing all communications and contests, and providing comprehensive sales and marketing support. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals to drive growth and performance within the Retail Division.

    Role Qualification:

    Academic/Professional: 

    • A first degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

    Work Experience:

    • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Sales Management, Brands and Marketing, or Strategic support within the financial services industry.
    • Ability to drive strategic initiatives, oversee communications, manage contests, and provide sales and marketing support to achieve business goals.
    • Professional qualifications in Marketing, Finance, or related fields (e.g. CIM, CFA) will be an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the activities and performance of the Communications Contests & Events, Sales & Marketing Support and Strategic Business Support Teams and ensure timelines are met as required.
    • Oversee all Retail Division communications to Advisors and ensure timely communication of all Retail Division imperatives to Advisors.
    • Work with Human Resources Business Partner to develop strategy to drive Advisor engagement.
    • Oversee activities to monitor persistency rates for the Division’s business and formulate strategy for improvement.
    • Drive the implementation of AXA Mansard’s Strategy Plan Distribution initiatives.
    • Timely reporting of activities.
    • Coordinate activities related to all RSD digital and tech projects to ensure all distribution objectives are met.

    Lead, Mid Corporate Propositions and Brokers Engagements

    • The Proposition Manager will drive the development, refinement, and implementation of market-aligned insurance propositions to support the Commercial Sales diversification and growth strategy.
    • The role will bridge product innovation and sales execution, ensuring propositions are customer-centric, sales-friendly, and aligned with market needs. The role will also co-ordinate Brokers Engagements.

    Role Qualification:

    Academic/Professional:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus).

    Work Experience:

    • 5–7 years of experience in product management, sales enablement, or a related role in the insurance industry.
    • Demonstrated success in designing and launching customer-focused insurance products.
    • Strong understanding of insurance markets, distribution channels, and customer segments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, refine, and implement tailored insurance propositions for key segments, Mid Corporate, and Personal Lines.
    • Track the performance of propositions in the market, analysing metrics such as sales volumes, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
    • Take feedback from sales officers and work with brokers and partners to design propositions that are easy to sell and resonate with target segments.
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow broker networks and mid-size business clientele.
    • Use insights from sales data to recommend adjustments or innovations in proposition design.
    • Monitor broker performance and provide feedback.

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align propositions with the company’s growth and diversification strategy.
    • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams and sales channels.
    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing market trends and sales data to inform proposition development.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling sales tools and presentations.
    • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure quality delivery.
