    Financial/Wealth Advisor

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
    • Utilize your sales expertise to attract new clients, expand the client base, and achieve sales targets.
    • Stay updated on Visa Services offered by our organization and assist clients in understanding the options available.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies to maintain the highest ethical standards.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations. 
    • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery processes for new clients. 
    • Keep abreast of industry developments, Visa regulations, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Prepare and explain our services to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits. 
    • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to enhance our service offerings and sales strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or related field
    • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services, fintech, Visa, travel and tourism services.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Female preferred for gender balance.

    Front Desk /Admin Assistant

    REQUIREMENTS

    •  HND/ BSc. in a relevant field.
    •  Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist.
    •  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    •  Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and equipments. 
    •  Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    1.  Efficiently manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
    2.  Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
    3.  Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
    4.  Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the reception area.
    5.  Handle general inquiries and provide information to visitors and staff.
    6.  Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

    Salary:    N80,00
