    Financial Planning Analyst

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planning Analyst.
    • The Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, financial reporting and analysis, and other financial duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Strong financial planning and analytical skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
    • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
    • Expertise in financial modelling
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software

    Marketing Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Lagos.
    • The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote QFA's diversified restaurant brands and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
    • Key responsibilities include developing brand awareness through advertising, social media, and events, conducting market research and analysis to inform marketing initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.

    Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

    • Evaluating and optimising marketing and pricing strategies.
    • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
    • Generating new business leads.
    • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
    • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
    • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
    • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
    • Managing the marketing department's staff.
    • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
    • Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
    • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

    Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
    • Experience in brand management, market research, and digital marketing
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
    • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
