    Finance Staff (Accountant)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Finance and Accounts team.

    • The Finance Staff will be responsible for supporting the finance department in various financial tasks, including Financial Analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
    • Support budget preparation and monitoring processes.
    • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
    • Assist in reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
    • Maintain financial records and documentation.
    • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
    • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

    Qualifications

    • A Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 1- 3 years work experience.
    • NYSC corps members are encouraged to apply.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

    Cleaner / Office Assistant / Front Desk Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment, including cleaning and sanitizing office spaces, restrooms, and common areas.
    • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, ensuring proper delivery to relevant staff or departments.
    • Perform front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Manage office supplies and ensure they are replenished as needed.
    • Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored and organized.
    • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting rooms.
    • Ensure all office equipment and facilities are in good working order, and report any issues to management.
    • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to maintain the smooth running of the office.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Previous experience in office administration, front desk, or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Basic knowledge of office cleaning and sanitizing procedures
