    Finance Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Officer to manage our financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
    • The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
    • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
    • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
    • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audits.
    • Provide financial training and support to non-financial staff.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
    • Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Front Desk Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings
    • Allocation guests to their rooms and providing keys
    • Answering phone calls from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
    • Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopy
    • Providing concierge services such as booking theatre tickets, arranging travel and providing information about local amenities and attractions
    • Checking quests out, taking payments and returning deposits

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of National Diploma in any course of study
    • Must have clear communication skills and love to meet people
    • Minimum of One year experience on the role.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Offices (Excel and Word)
    • Female is more preferable for gender balance.

    Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Manage the Executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
    • Conduct research and compile data as required by the Executive.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor of Laws.
    • Must have been called to bar
    • 27 years or younger.
