About the Role

•  We are looking for a diligent Finance & Account Professional responsible for supporting decision-making and overseeing financial information. 
• The Finance & Account Professional responsibilities include producing budgets, overseeing tax payments, and conducting internal audits. 

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Preparing budgets for the organization.
• Manage cashflows in order to ensure liquidity
• Carry out detailed financial analysis and performance tracking to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor and control cost in order to ensure efficiency
• Conducting internal audits.
• Overseeing tax payments.
• Monitoring and reporting on accounting inconsistencies.
• Keeping up to date with financial policies, practices, and regulations.
• Liaising with external auditors, banks and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Prior experience required in an accounting or finance role 
• ICAN/ACCA certification is an added advantage 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills 
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting competencies.
• Time management skills.
