    Finance & Account Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    • This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated capacity to manage and coordinate financial activities across multiple accounts with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
    • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance, supporting business growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a dynamic, project-driven agribusiness environment.
    • This position demands strong analytical capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
    • The role also requires proficiency in leveraging modern financial tools to enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall financial performance.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop management accounts provdingDirectors with dear, actionable financial insights.
    • Maintain of BPP financial requirements for govement contracts
    • Maintain audtable reørds for institutions

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
    • A Professional certification: ACA (ICAN), ACCA, or equivalent (mandatory or near completion).
    • Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity or project-based financial operations.

    Business Development Manager (Commercial & Strategic Partnership)

    Job Description

    • This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities with government agencies, donor-funded programs (World Bank, AfDB, USAID), and private-sector agribusinesses; managing a robust opportunity pipeline; preparing winning proposals and tender documents; navigating Nigerian public procurement processes; and cultivating lasting relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
    • Also, the Business Development Manager will support capital-raising and investor engagement efforts, leverage Al-powered tools to accelerate market research and competitive intelligence, and align commercial priorities with operational delivery, serving as a strategic linchpin that advances Agro Preciso's mission Of sustainable agriculture and rural development across Nigeria and Africa.
