Job Purpose

• Coordinates service operations executed by the Technical Service Personnel. Ensures the optimization of QHSES and compliance to policies and regulations at work sites, onshore and offshore

Job Description

• Coordinates Field services operations, ensures compliance with established sales and cost budgets and schedules
• Ensures site organization of service technicians, in coordination with engineers, logistics and warehouse function and local agents and suppliers
• Maintains monthly reporting's on P& L financials
• Reviews and approves Field Service Orders and in country invoices
• Maintains existing and develops relationships with clients, agents and suppliers
• Visits clients as required to review operations. Works within the defined contract and issues notices on those operations that increase scope
• Checks that all field procedures are received, accurate, followed and signed-off on
• Acts as Technical subject-matter expert or Promotes liaison with the Technical Subject-Matter experts
• Ensures that all organization activities and operations under his/her perimeter are carried out in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations
• Implements policies and programs as needed. May also challenge and improves those policies"

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in related field"

Job Purpose

• To ensure warehouse operating tasks in line with procedures

Job Description

• Unload and sort products following defined procedures and by using appropriate systems and tools
• Pick and pack products from product shelves in line with customer orders
• Ensure the respect of all product administration rules during the movement of products
• Replenishes stock on shelving in the warehouse
• Assist other operators complete the necessary work to fulfill business needs
• Store products on shelves and prepare products for transportation
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Work in a safe manner and follow safety policies.

• Entry Level / Professional training up to 3 months
