Field Sales Officer – FMCG Distribution & Customer Acquisition at Najec FMCG Limited

Are you confident, energetic and comfortable building business relationships on the ground? NAJEC FMCG Limited is seeking a Field Sales Officer to help expand our customer network and strengthen product distribution across Abuja. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visit assigned markets, shops, supermarkets, stores and other retail outlets to generate sales.
• Identify and onboard new customers within your assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Promote the Company's range of FMCG products and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Monitor competitor activities, market prices and customer preferences.
• Follow assigned daily routes and maintain consistent outlet coverage.
• Follow up on customer orders, payments and deliveries where required.
• Submit accurate daily sales and field activity reports.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve assigned sales targets. 

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience in FMCG, field sales, distribution or retail sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Confident and comfortable working in the field.
• Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of Abuja markets and retail outlets will be an advantage.
• Ability to use a smartphone and basic digital applications for reporting and communication.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
