    Field Business Developer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking proactive and result-driven Field Credit Officers to join our team across the listed locations.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan processing, repayment follow-up, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring portfolio quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and onboard qualified customers.
    • Educate customers on loan products and company policies.
    • Conduct field visits and customer verification exercises.
    • Process loan applications and documentation accurately.
    • Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
    • Build and sustain positive relationships with clients.
    • Meet assigned performance and recovery targets.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND qualification.
    • Previous experience in credit, sales, microfinance, or field operations is an advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
    • Good knowledge of the assigned location and its environs.
    • Candidates must reside within or close to the preferred location.

    Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying prospects, engaging customers, and closing sales.
    • The role involves building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company’s products/services effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
    • Provide accurate feedback to management on customer needs and market trends
    • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an SSCE / OND / BSc Degree in any related field (depending on requirement)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (added advantage)
    • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must be target-driven and result-oriented.
