Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced Factory Supervisors to oversee our Laminate and Upholstery production units.
• The ideal candidates will supervise daily factory operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and manage production staff efficiently within a fast-paced furniture manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities within the laminate or upholstery unit
• Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are achieved
• Monitor product quality and finishing standards
• Manage factory staff, workflow, and productivity
• Reduce material wastage and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of factory tools and equipment
• Enforce workplace safety and cleanliness standards
• Report production progress and operational issues to management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree 
• 2 – 5 years experience in furniture manufacturing or factory supervision
• Strong knowledge of laminate production or upholstery operations
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

• We are seeking hardworking and reliable Factory Staff to support daily production activities within our furniture manufacturing facility.
• The ideal candidate will assist with production operations, material handling, assembly, finishing, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily furniture production and factory operations
• Handle materials, tools, and production equipment properly
• Support assembly, cutting, laminating, upholstery, packaging, and finishing processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the factory
• Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Adhere to workplace safety and operational guidelines
• Assist with loading, offloading, and movement of materials when required

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification
• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
