We are seeking experienced Factory Supervisors to oversee our Laminate and Upholstery production units.
The ideal candidates will supervise daily factory operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and manage production staff efficiently within a fast-paced furniture manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities within the laminate or upholstery unit
Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are achieved
Monitor product quality and finishing standards
Manage factory staff, workflow, and productivity
Reduce material wastage and improve operational efficiency
Ensure proper use and maintenance of factory tools and equipment
Enforce workplace safety and cleanliness standards
Report production progress and operational issues to management.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
2 – 5 years experience in furniture manufacturing or factory supervision
Strong knowledge of laminate production or upholstery operations
