This role involves managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
The Factory Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining a high level of product quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process, from raw material handling to finished product.
Oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and maximize plant efficiency.
Ensure that production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and cost.
Coordinate with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules and identify any bottlenecks.
Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
Supervise and lead the production team, including shift supervisors, operators, and technicians.
Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the plastics industry.
Proven experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing production team.

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and machinery within the production plant.
The role involves ensuring that all mechanical systems operate efficiently, effectively, and safely.
The Mechanical Engineer will work closely with the production team to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems and machinery for the manufacturing process.
Oversee and optimize various plastic manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, thermoforming, and rotational molding.
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for mechanical components.
Collaborate with other engineers and departments to integrate mechanical designs with overall plant operations.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to product design, manufacturing processes, and maintenance activities.
Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting injection molding machines, blow molding machinery, and other production equipment.
Establishing quality control systems, developing test methods, and analyzing production data to ensure product quality.
Ensure that all mechanical systems and machinery meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastics industry.
Professional engineering certification (e.g., COREN) is an advantage.
Knowledge of various plastics manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion molding, die casting, thermoforming, rotational molding, and vacuum forming.
Ability to design and develop plastic products, including prototyping.
