WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Calculates cost prices and IC prices and analyses deviations with actual cost prices.
• Prepares internal Management Report.
• Prepares and consolidates yearly operational Production budgets.
• Reviews for production P &L: actual against budgeted performances and prepares reports explaining deviations
• Responsible for safeguarding integrity of registrations and monitoring irregularities.
• Executes ad-hoc investigations on request of Finance Director
• To have efficient, reliable and tailor made internal management reporting, adding value and supporting other departments’ decisions.
• To automate and efficiently execute the reporting requirements from the various stakeholders.
• To fully control the operations in Production, to understand deviations from budget/plan and to propose improvements.
• To (further) develop the use of available IT for controlling/reporting re. Production
• To assist in implementing the necessary set-up in management control area.
• Any other duty assigned by Superior
• Focus on business partnering and supporting the SC Leadership Team with relevant insights

• Involved in confidential security matters affecting the company

• Identify and proffer solutions to security gaps within the system
• Immediate response to perceived or actual threats affecting the security of personnel
• Within agreed objectives and strategy, the role holder will take charge during incidents that breach security of personnel

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Exploit all sources of information to obtain and collate detail on all threats or potential threats to the Company
• Experience in conducting, recording and reporting timely, accurate, detailed and concise written and verbal reports/reviews
• A detailed knowledge of all aspects of physical and electronic security, specifically: locks, building security, control of access procedures, perimeter protection, the use of Close Circuit Television (CCTV) and Intruder Detection Systems (IDS).
• Prior experience of commanding a contracted and/or ‘in-house’ guard force
• Management of effective investigations involving breaches of security and security incidents
• Understand the principle involved in the protection of Company information, including that which is computer based, and the measures/procedures required to achieve this.
• Ability to provide security input to Business Continuity Plans, Contingency Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans and Evacuation Plans.
• Exposure to formal and informal security trainings in the required fields: facility security, electronic surveillance, investigations, personal security programs, supply chain security State/list out the required knowledge this position should possess
