    Facility Officer

    A Project Officersupports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
    They manage resources, maintain documentation, facilitate communication between teams, and track progress. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, reporting on milestones, managing risks, and ensuring compliance.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Resource & Budget Management: Assisting in managing project budgets, resources, and administrative tasks.
    • Risk Management: Identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
    • Project Coordination: Assisting with planning, scheduling, and executing daily project tasks.
    • Reporting & Documentation: Preparing progress reports, maintaining project documentation, and tracking milestones.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a liaison between project teams, clients, and management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management).
    • Proven experience in project management, coordination, or administration.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suit

    Salary
    N200,000 - N400,000 monthly.

    Project Officer

    Job Description

    • A Project Officer supports project managers by coordinating activities, managing schedules, and handling administrative tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Key duties include monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Planning & Execution:Assist in developing project plans, milestones, and workflows.
    • Administrative Support:Maintain project documentation, records, and databases.
    • Monitoring & Reporting:Track project progress, budget, and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Coordination:Act as a liaison between team members, partners, and clients.
    • Compliance:Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies, grant regulations, and, if applicable, government rules.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
    • Experience: Previous experience in project management or administration.
    • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

    Salary
    N200,000 - N400,000 / month.
