    Facility Manager

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology, Engineering, Architecture or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational setting.
    • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
    • Familiarity with budget management and cost-control principles.
    • Strong understanding of facility principles and relevant technologies.
    • Relevant Certification.
    • Functional IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
    • Excellent written and communication skills.
    • Commitment to good work ethics and discipline.
    • Effective planning and organising skills and the ability to pay attention to details
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

    Music Teacher - Saxophonist

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a music-related field or equivalent teaching experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience
    • Proficiency in playing and teaching other musical instruments.
