    Executive Driver

    Description

    • We are looking into hiring an executive driver who will report to Ikeja / GRA.
    • Providing security for executives and their families, including monitoring their well-being and handling any security threats or issues that arise
    • Maintaining a vehicle inventory, ordering parts, and arranging for maintenance and repairs as needed
    • Driving executives to meetings, conferences, social engagements, and other events as requested
    • Ensuring that the executive’s schedule is organized effectively to maximize productivity
    • Assisting with luggage and other items as requested by the executive
    • Staying informed about current local events and activities that may be of interest to the executive so that hemay be informed about community activities and events
    • Coordinating with other staff members at the executive’s company to ensure that all requests are handled appropriately
    • Assisting with security measures such as checking identification badges at the door of an event or making sure that alarms are set before leaving a building unoccupied
    • Monitoring traffic conditions, including road construction and congestion, and relaying information to the executive in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification
    • He must have at least 10 years’ experience as an Executive Driver with good driving records. 
    • The preferred candidate must be male and not more than 35 years old. 
    • He must possess a LASDRI card and other valid credentials. He must be married and must have good guarantors.

    Area Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are in need of an Area Sales Manager (North / Abuja) who will be responsible for maximizing sales, promotions, and other activities to achieve sales targets across Abuja and some other Northern states of Nigeria. 
    • The preferred candidate should be a resident of Abuja and have had a similar experience in the FMCG industry with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role. He must be familiar with the business trends in the Northern Area.

    Job Description

    • Develop the company’s products and identify business development opportunities within the assigned area.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets as set by Management.
    • Devise and present ideas and strategies to promote sales of all the company’s products in the assigned region.
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in assigned areas.
    • Responsible for coordination of all sales activities and achievement of sales growth in assigned territory
    • Appoint key distributors and sub-distributors in assigned areas and grow the business with new and existing customers.
    • Supervise distributors’ activities in the region through field visits while ensuring that all the company’s products are visible and available in all states within the assigned area.
    • Create awareness and visibility for all company’s products in assigned territory; hospitals, hotels, schools, fast food outlets, supermarkets, canteens, cooperative societies, and campuses of higher institutions.
    • Be constantly in touch with the market and maintain good rapport with new and existing customers.
    • Conduct market surveys and competitive watch, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability within the assigned territory, and advise Management accordingly.
    • Present realistic sales forecast for assigned territory to the management team through the NSM.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    • Submit the Journey plan weekly and Monthly to the NSM and adhere strictly to the plan.
    • Send regional reports to NSM daily, weekly, Monthly & Quarterly.
    • Develop and maintain a good selling and service culture to maximize sales opportunities
    • Follow the company’s policies and market control.
    • Any other function as may be assigned by the Management to achieve the company’s goals.

    Requirements

    • Cndidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 10 years work experience in a related field.
