Job Summary

• As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll help create the focus, organisation and momentum that enable effective business leadership.
• You’ll manage complex priorities, connect senior stakeholders and ensure the CEO has the information and preparation needed to make informed decisions.
• Your judgement, discretion and ability to stay ahead will directly influence executive productivity and stakeholder confidence.
• This is a trusted role with broad exposure across the organisation and regular interaction with regional, global and external partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create space for strategic leadership by managing a complex diary, resolving conflicts and keeping the CEO focused on the priorities that matter most.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and external stakeholders, ensuring communication is timely, professional and well coordinated.
• Make meetings count by preparing clear briefings and materials, capturing decisions and driving agreed actions through to completion.
• Deliver seamless executive travel, events and logistics, anticipating potential issues and putting practical contingency plans in place.
• Keep priority initiatives moving by coordinating assignments, monitoring deadlines and supporting collaboration across functions.
• Protect confidential information while improving administrative workflows through secure records, accurate expense management and effective use of digital tools.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related discipline.
• At least five years of progressive experience in executive or senior administrative support, ideally supporting a CEO or another C-suite leader.
• Experience managing demanding schedules, multiple priorities and changing deadlines with limited supervision.
• Confidence preparing executive correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, reports and action trackers.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the tact and professionalism to engage senior leaders and external partners.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• High integrity, sound judgement and a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

What You’ll Bring

• A Degree in any discipline and good computer literacy skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or marketing, with a track record of delivering against targets and key performance indicators.
• Direct experience of PZ Cussons way of selling capabilities with a focus on Sales Driver execution at the point of purchase (QDVP), Outlet Segmentation and Managing Relationships including structured call, persuasive selling and brand passion.
• Understanding of field sales operations, market intelligence and customer relationship management.
• Confidence influencing and working with distributor sales teams and external partners.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A passion for selling, brand building and delivering great execution in the marketplace.
• A valid driving licence and the flexibility to work across your assigned territory.
