    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive, ensuring the efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, and strategic priorities.
    • The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and capable of handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the Executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
    • Screen and manage incoming correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
    • Draft reports, letters, presentations, and other business documents.
    • Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
    • Liaise with internal teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Executive.
    • Organize events, conferences, and executive engagements.
    • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Support the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
    • Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power Bi, and virtual collaboration tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

    Housekeeping Officer

    Job Description

    • Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about maintaining clean and welcoming spaces?
    • We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Officer to support our housekeeping operations and ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the hotel's standards.
    • Make and neatly dress beds.
    • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and guest laundry.
    • Label and organize linens, uniforms, and other housekeeping items where required.
    • Clean bathrooms, floors, windows, and other designated areas.
    • Replenish guest amenities and housekeeping supplies.
    • Report damaged items, maintenance issues, or lost-and-found items to the appropriate department.
    • Ensure all assigned areas are clean, tidy, and ready for guest occupancy.
    • Adhere to the hotel's hygiene, health, and safety standards.
    • Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
    • Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or hotel operations is an added advantage.
    • Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
    • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
    • Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Willingness to work on a standby basis, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
