    Execution Coordinator II

    Main Functions

    • Provide leadership to insure execution of job scope is done in a safe, environmentally sound and cost effective manner to support the long term reliability of the refinery.
    • Interpret the potential impact of events and foster resolution among the parties.
    • Must fully understand the Project and Contractor systems as they will be expected to work within the parameters of both systems.

    Overall Responsibilities

    • Field execution compliance to QA/QC activity and documentation requirements.
    • Coordinating work execution and QA/QC work activities with appropriate operations, technical support, or contracted personnel.
    • Oversight of field QA/QC activities executed by facility personnel or contractors in agreement and coordination with the Technical Group
    • Assigned work is supported by instructions and is executed by qualified personnel.
    • Work complies with applicable QA/QC requirements specified in the work instructions or specified by field inspectors.
    • Maintenance activities are documented in accordance with work order system reporting requirements.
    • All measurement and testing equipment or instruments used by maintenance personnel for test and inspection work are properly calibrated and/or certified.
    • Personnel assigned to oversee third party supplier activities:
    • ○ Ensure the contractor/vendor complies with all contract or purchase order specifications including the endorsed contractor/vendor /Quality Plan.
    • ○ Coordinate the contractor's activities with related facility activities and operations work management requirements.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to the Level 1 tasks, Level 2:

    • Assist the Project Engineer manage the closeout and report on the Risk Assessments conducted on the Project
    • Assist the Project Engineer coordinate the flow of information (write letters, minutes, etc.) from Company to the EPC4 Contractor
    • Assist the Project Engineer interface with the government (e.g. license applications).

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline
    • Experience in Upstream Oil & Gas design, engineering or management in an EPC contracting environment is required
    • Very strong oral and written communication skills
    • Very strong technical background in project execution.

    Medical Laboratory Scientist

    Job Description

    • Ensure that laboratory screening is done on new employees and others according to applicable guidelines.
    • Ensure that laboratory records are at all times updated and kept in such a manner that the information is unavailable to unauthorized personnel.
    • Utilizes responsible practices, which contribute to cost-effective use of health care resources.
    • Updating knowledge and skills.
    • Follows established preventive maintenance programs and maintains instrument logs.
    • Ensures that laboratory results are accurately documented and retained in accordance with existing legislation.
    • Observes established protocol for procurement of specimens with legal implications blood and urine for alcohol and drug testing.
    • Prepares monthly laboratory statistics including that of malaria.
    • Selects and utilizes the appropriate method for disinfecting and sterilizing clinic wastes.
    • Report incidents related to safety and personal injury (e.g. needle stick injuries) in a timely manner.
    • Ensures that the duties are carried out in compliance with good clinical laboratory practice and professional standards.

    Job Requirements

    • Good computer skills.
    • Current practicing license.

    Electrical Maintenance Technician I

    Main Functions

    • Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance.
    • Plan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize impact on production and maximize operational availability. Typically reports to a supervisor.

    Task and Responsibilities

    • Verify and issue electrical work permit to contractors for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance.
    • Supervise contractors to work safely. Immediately intervene on unsafe acts
    • Participate for Job Safety Analysis (JSA) review with contractors.
    • Start work as scheduled. Resolve issue and immediately notify First Line Supervisor (FLS) if issues remain unresolved.
    • Closely monitor contractors’ quality to follow Maintenance Procedure & Practice (MPP) and prevent rework.
    • Provide daily progress update to FLS and planner.
    • Get FLS’s approval prior to proceeding any changes.
    • Verify and accept job done by contractors.

    Job Requirements

    • Previous experience in a closely related position, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry
    • Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience
    • Effective communication skills: ability to describe conditions clearly and concisely in the field and recommend remediation steps.
    • Team Player: exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs

    Nurse I

    Main Functions

    • A Nurse I provides occupational health services at a site or operation typically with a more experienced colleague.

    Task and Responsibilities

    • Provides and documents services relating to routine and non routine Occupational Health care of employees and others as determined by local site management within the professional scope and standards of license in collaboration with other health professionals.
    • Knows of and adhere to local policies, procedures and regulations. May also be involved in the development and implementation of these policies.
    • Analyzes and evaluates information to determine and communicate Fitness For Work including the following: case management of injury/illness, routine and non-routine travel preparation, occupational evaluations.
    • Performs, analyzes, and evaluates Health Screening data to identify possible workplace exposures as required by global Medical and Occupational Health (MOH) and applicable local laws and regulations. Makes recommendations to management based on individual results.
    • Liaises with external medical services providers to ensure services provided are delivered in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Conducts Drug and Alcohol Specimen Collections and trains others according to ExxonMobil Alcohol and Drug Use (ADU) testing procedures.
    • Actively participates in MOH and Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) committees, projects and initiatives. May involve some lead responsibilities at a local level.
    • Utilizes clinic resources effectively and appropriately.

    Job Requirements

    • Typically Registered Nurse (RN) with occupational health experience or Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN).
    • Nursing Degree, Advanced Nursing Degree, Physician Assistant or equivalent.
    • Licensed in the location of operations supported.
    • Detailed knowledge of occupational medicine, emergency medical response, toxicology, legal issues relevant to occupational health care.
    • Behavioral Skills: analytical, communicates effectively, courage of conviction, manages risk.
    • Functional Skills: clinical case management, clinical testing, exposure assessment and controls, health education and promotion / counseling, infectious disease control program management, medical and research ethics, medication clearance assessment, occupational evaluations, occupational health laws, regulations, and company standards, occupational health program management, travel health preparation and assessment, emergency preparedness and response.

    Waste Management Coordinator II

    Main Functions

    • Oversee the planning, coordination and monitoring of solid and liquid waste management for the Upstream / Downstream Operations environment.
    • Supervise the day-to-day implementation of waste services provision by 3rd party contractors, and provide timely direction and support to ensure Operations waste requirements are met, and overall conformance to Company waste management principles and philosophies is achieved.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 tasks and responsibilities, Level 2:

    • Ensure that correct client standards and waste disposal procedures are undertaken by client staff and contractors, such as identifying waste materials, safety guideline training, and conducting risk assessments on hazardous materials.
    • Ensure compliance with local and national laws with regards to safe handling, storage and disposal of waste, whilst implementing strategies to reduce waste.

    Job Requirements
    Qualifications

    • Degree or Diploma in Applied Science, Environmental Management, or equivalent
    • Safety leadership qualifications or certifications
    • Incident investigation training (i.e. Taproot)

    Experience:

    • Experience in environmental management and /or waste management, with remote experience preferred
    • Experience within a large corporation or complex organizational setting
    • Experience supervising contractors within a dynamic, challenging and/or unpredictable environment
    • Experience in the operation of waste facilities (waste processing equipment and landfills)
    • Experience in the environmental monitoring of waste facilities and activities (including water, air, noise emissions)

    General Technical Skills:

    • Very strong safety and conformance / compliance focus
    • Very good interpersonal and motivational skills
    • In depth knowledge of spill response, clean-up and reporting
    • Incident investigation training (i.e. Taproot)
    • Specific Technical Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of safety management tools and processes. (i.e., Step back 5x5, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment)
    • Understanding and knowledge of local waste regulations and permitting
    • Good working knowledge of landfill operational practices, and waste handling, treatment, and disposal processes
    • Strong knowledge of environmental aspect.

    • Cultural sensitivity
    • Understanding of Company and worksite-specific endeavours for best practice waste management
