    Environment Systems and Compliance Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop yearly work plan for environmental studies and other activities to execute this service.
    • Develop new and review existing environmental studies procedures, plans and work instructions.
    • Ensure environmental studies compliance to NUPRC and FMENV regulations, State government regulations, Petroleum Industry Act, Company referential, IPIECA, IFC Standards, ESG goals etc.
    • Coordinate site visits as required for environmental studies.
    • Liaise with project and asset owners to gather comprehensive technical information to prepare environmental studies scope of work (SOW)/terms of reference (TOR).
    • Coordinate the planning and development of GIS based environmental studies sampling maps with the support of Geomatics team.
    • Develop Environmental Screen Reports (ESR) and Preliminary Impact Assessment Report (PIAR) as may be required.
    • Prepare environmental studies SOW/TOR, obtain regulatory approvals, and ensure environmental studies execution in full compliance to the approved SOW/TOR, and Company specifications.
    • Coordinate preparation and execution of EIA stakeholders’ engagement events with support from COMPANY Community Affairs Division.
    • Act as the Responsible for Safety and Environment on Site Delegate (RSES-D) during environmental survey, ensuring full compliance to all HSES measures during field surveys. 
    • Secure final approvals for applicable environmental studies from regulatory bodies (NUPRC, FMENV) and maintain records of regulatory approvals and certificates.
    • Participate in HSE Committee meetings, HSE Management System Audits, World Environment Day preparation and execution.

    Requirements:

    • Possess minimum of BSc in environmental sciences / applied sciences with a minimum of second-class lower division.
    • 10 years post qualification experience, of which 5 years should have been spent in the oil & gas industry. 
    • Power of persuasion is essential for interfacing with site, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
    • Good report writing, oral communication and presentation skills
    • Strong team player with networking ability
    • In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations

    • Demonstrated success in sales management, particularly in the automotive oil services industry as a B2B sales manager or area sales manager for prominent chains such as NNPC, Total Energies, FORTE OIL / Enyo, MRS, Conoil, Mobil, AIM, NIPCO, Rain Oil, or in the telecommunications sector with companies like MTN Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria, Globacom Limited, or 9Mobile.
    • In-depth product knowledge encompassing the company's offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Proficiency in analyzing sales data, preparing comprehensive reports, and delivering impactful presentations.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Station Operation Manager

    Job Description:

    • The Stations Operations Manager will oversee a team of supervisors tasked with negotiating contracts with major petrol station chains to deliver filling services to corporate clients through automated systems, while also adeptly resolving any operational challenges that may arise.
    • The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to successfully broker deals within the petroleum industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Hiring and managing a team of station supervisors around the country.
    • Develop and execute strategic petroleum station contracting plans to ensure optimal coverage in key locations
    • Inspiring and guiding the team towards achieving overarching objectives
    • Operating effectively under pressure and maintaining availability at all times to address and resolve issues promptly.
    • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management with petrol stations
    • Provision of ongoing and comprehensive training for petrol station staff and managers on the utilization of the PetroApp system
    • Establishment of station accounts on the PetroApp system and diligent follow-up on station requests.
    • Oversight of service quality provided to customers at petrol stations
    • Distribution of POS devices to gas stations and resolution of related issues
    • Installation of NFC tags on customer vehicles and management of associated tasks
    • Establishment of a network of freelancers for the installation of NFC tags on customers' vehicles

    Qualifications / Experiences

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 4-7 years of experience, preferably in oil services (major petrol station chains, lubricant), as an Operations Manager or Area Operations Manager for prominent entities such as NNPC, Total Energies, Forte Oil/Enyo, MRS, Conoil, Mobil, AIM, NIPCO, Rain Oil.
    • B2B experience is essential.
    • Any relevant experience would be advantageous.
    • Proven ability to provide timely solutions to challenges.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in multitasking and internal control.
    • Strong aptitude for analyzing information and translating it for various departments.
    • Capability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
    • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Advanced analytical skills.

    Senior Sales Account Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Achieve the sales target, and ensure customer retention
    • Identify new business opportunities.
    • Serve as the primary customer contact for all account management matters (technical and business issues) for assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
