    Enterprise Achitecture

    Role Purpose

    • The Enterprise Achitecture & Strategy serves as the assurance and oversight function within the Technology organization. The role is responsible for establishing governance frameworks, driving strategic technology initiatives, ensuring architectural alignment, promoting quality standards, and providing oversight across technology programs and operations.
    • The successful candidate will work closely with Technology Leadership, Business Executives, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Information Security, and Delivery Teams to ensure technology investments generate business value while maintaining compliance, quality, and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    IT Strategy & Transformation

    • Support the development and execution of the enterprise technology strategy and roadmap.
    • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology investments.
    • Drive technology portfolio planning and prioritization.
    • Monitor and report progress against strategic technology initiatives.
    • Conduct technology capability assessments and maturity reviews.
    • Identify emerging technologies and recommend adoption opportunities.

    IT Governance

    • Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
    • Establish governance processes for technology decision-making and investment management.
    • Coordinate governance forums including; Change Advisory Board, Technology, Steering Committee
    • Monitor compliance with technology policies and standards.
    • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
    • Develop and track technology governance KPIs and KRIs.
    • Support regulatory examinations, audits, and management reviews.

    Enterprise Architecture

    • Lead the Enterprise Architecture practice across the organization.
    • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures.
    • Ensure technology solutions align with approved architectural standards.
    • Review and approve solution architectures for major technology initiatives.
    • Maintain current-state and target-state architecture landscapes covering; Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture, Integration Architecture.
    • Drive architecture rationalization and modernization initiatives.
    • Promote reusable platforms, shared services, and technology standardization.

    Quality Assurance & Technology Standards

    • Define and maintain software quality standards across the technologyorganization.
    • Establish quality gates for software development and project delivery.
    • Monitor adherence to SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps, and engineering standards.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.
    • Oversee quality assurance governance for critical technology projects.
    • Ensure testing strategies and quality metrics are consistently applied.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of software delivery effectiveness.

    Technology Risk & Compliance

    • Partner with Information Security, Enterprise Risk Management, and Internal Audit teams.
    • Identify and assess technology-related risks.
    • Monitor remediation of audit findings and technology control deficiencies.
    • Ensure compliance with; Regulatory requirements, Internal policies, Industry
    • frameworks, Technology standards.
    • Maintain governance reporting for executive management and board committees

    Vendor & Technology Investment Governance

    • Participate in technology vendor evaluations and due diligence exercises.
    • Review technology business cases and investment proposals.
    • Monitor value realization from technology investments.
    • Establish governance standards for vendor-delivered solutions.
    • Ensure technology procurement decisions align with architectural standards.

    Leadership & Stakeholder Management

    • Lead and develop a high-performing governance and strategy team.
    • Provide thought leadership on technology governance and enterprise architecture.
    • Build strong relationships with business leaders and technology stakeholders.
    • Influence technology decisions through effective communication and governance processes.
    • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior management.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
    • At least 8 to 10 years of IT experience, including significant exposure to enterprise architecture, IT governance, IT strategy, or quality assurance, with a track record of leading teams or functions.
    • Strong working knowledge of recognised frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, and quality standards such as ISO 9001 or equivalent.
    • Demonstrated experience developing IT strategy and roadmaps and aligning technology to business objectives.
    • Solid understanding of IT risk, controls, audit, and regulatory compliance.
    • Experience setting and governing architecture and quality standards across a delivery environment.
    • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at senior and executive levels.
    • Experience in financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry.

    RPA UiPath Engineer

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA UiPath Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of our enterprise-level automation initiatives.
    • With 6+ years of specialized experience in Robotic Process Automation, you will act as a technical cornerstone translating complex business processes into scalable, secure, and resilient digital workflows using the UiPath Enterprise Platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Architecture & Development: End-to-End Delivery: Design, develop, test, and deploy highly complex, multi-bot automations using UiPath Studio and the Robotic Enterprise (RE) Framework.
    • Enterprise Architecture: Define the technical architecture for RPA solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, error handling, and strict security compliance.
    • Reusable Assets: Create and maintain reusable workflows, custom activities, and libraries to accelerate future development.
    • Infrastructure & AdministrationOrchestration: Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator for asset deployment, queue management, credential stores, logging, and job scheduling.
    • Advanced Automation: Integrate cognitive and AI capabilities into workflows using UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, or Action Center.
    • Environment Maintenance: Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to set up and maintain development, testing, and production runtime environments.
    • Leadership & StrategyTechnical Mentorship: Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level RPA developers.
    • Process Discovery: Partner with Process Owners and Business Analysts to evaluate automation feasibility, estimate development effort, and calculate ROI.
    • Documentation: Author and review comprehensive technical design documents (TDD) and process definition documents (PDD).

    Requirements

    • Minimum 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4–5 years focused exclusively on enterprise-grade UiPath developments.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Technical Skills UiPath Mastery: Deep expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, and modern UI automation techniques.
    • Programming Core: Strong proficiency in VB.NET or C# (essential for advanced expressions and custom code blocks in UiPath).
    • Data & Integration: Proficient with SQL Server/Oracle (writing complex queries and stored procedures) and integrating with REST/SOAP APIs.
    • System Familiarity: Proven experience automating interactions across Citrix, SAP, Salesforce, legacy green-screens, and web applications.
    • Source Control: Experience utilizing Git, SVN, or TFS for version control.Certifications (Highly Preferred)UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (ARD) or UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) Automation Developer Professional.
    • Preferred/Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting complex production bot exceptions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.
    • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
