• Our client needs the services of a professional English teacher for its sharp and vibrant college students.
• We are looking to hire an English instructor who has a proven track record of instructing students from basic secondary to senior secondary school in English. The responsibility for imparting reading, writing, and speaking skills rests with the English instructor.
• The ideal candidate must be proficient in English at least B2 as a first language in order to be successful as an English teacher. An engaging personality that will facilitate learning is a requirement for the English teacher. In the end, a great English teacher should involve their students in enjoyable and meaningful activities to foster a learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Teach the fundamentals of speaking, writing, and reading English.
• Create lesson plans that effectively incorporate the entire length of each lesson.
• Depending on the subject, efficiently carry out lessons utilizing various teaching philosophies.
• Engage students to create a lively learning environment.
• Teach students about the English language's structure and content.
• Teach students how to spell words and what they signify.
• Make a point of highlighting the norms of composition, syntax, and sentence structure.
• Teach students how to pronounce words properly.
• Teach students to analyze literature and poetry critically.
• Teach the student to critically evaluate and reexamine news broadcasts, ads, and other media.
• Administer curriculum, and assessments and evaluate individual performance at intervals.

Qualifications (Non-negotiable)

• A Bachelor's Degree in education and English (BEd).
• C1 level in the use of English with proof.
• Advanced understanding of British and American English scope.
• A minimum of five years of teaching experience with young adults in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to teach the fundamentals of speaking, writing, and reading English language.
• Create lesson plans that effectively incorporate the entire length of each lesson.
• Able to efficiently carry out lessons utilizing various teaching philosophies.

Description 

• Our client needs the services of a professional early years teacher for its sharp and vibrant infant pupils.
• The early childhood educator shall foster children's social and communicative abilities while also offering a safe and secure atmosphere for learning. In order to better serve pupils, he/she shall develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians work within multi-agency networks to make sure the right support is accessible.
• The job holder shall observe and summarize the kids' accomplishments.
• This position shall emphasize optimum child development and laying the groundwork for a smooth transition to the primary school curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Creating and generating educational tools and visual aids;
• Organizing educational materials and resources and utilizing resources creatively;
• Fostering knowledge and curiosity in children;
• Collaborating with others to plan and organize work both inside and outside, including teaching assistants, nursery nurses, and volunteer workers;
• Observing, rating, and documenting each child's development;
• Taking part in in-service training
• Sharing newly acquired information with parents and other professionals;
• Providing kids with pastoral support and care as well as a safe learning environment;
• Motivating and energizing young learners, frequently promoting experiential learning;
• Preserving the well-being and security of the students and faculty throughout all activities, both within and outside the nursery/school
• keeping abreast with improvements in best practice and curriculum modifications.
• Supporting the development of children's basic skills, such as physical coordination, speech, and communication
• Encouraging children's mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing, and imaginative play
• Assisting with the development of children's personal/social and language skills

Qualifications

• Education Degree; B.Ed with a concentration on young child development.
• 3 - 7 years work experience.
• B2 level in the use of English language is non-negotiable.
• knowledge of working with young kids in a classroom.
• The capacity to interact with young children on their terms.
• A kind, outgoing personality with a patient and sensitive approach.
• Excellent meditative and nurturing skills.
• Possessing a creative mentality and the capacity to design memorable, novel lessons. a desire to mold and uplift young minds.
• Familiarity with Excel and Word in Microsoft.
• Acting as a good example.
