    English Language Teacher

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging English Language lessons for students in [insert grade levels, e.g., middle or high school].
    • Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and address individual student needs.
    • Use a variety of instructional strategies and technology tools to make learning interactive and accessible.
    • Assess student progress through homework, quizzes, tests, and projects; provide timely and constructive feedback.
    • Maintain discipline and foster a respectful, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
    • Offer additional academic support to students as needed through one-on-one or group sessions.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum design and teaching practices.
    • Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about student performance and concerns.
    • Participate in professional development to stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and subject knowledge.
    • Support school events, extracurricular activities, and student clubs as required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year teaching experience.
    • Strong understanding of English grammar, literature, and composition.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
