RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for design, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of electrical equipment/systems
• You will be responsible for overseeing the electrical services during the design and construction phase and liasing with the consultants.
• Ensuring that designs are compliant with the specifications and standards for architectural and structural elements of the facility

REQUIREMENTS

• You should have a good understanding of electrical principles and concepts such as design, prepare and interpretation of electrical engineering drawings
• You should have electrical wiring skill
• You must be able to use a drawing tool such as AutoCAD, ETAP, REVIT and have expertise in the construction industry (Design and Build)
• You should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, possession of COREN certification is a plus
• You have a minimum of 6  years experience in similar role
• Job location is Lagos.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be required to design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
•  Test and evaluate theoretical designs.
• Design and  intepret Achitectural and Structural Drawings

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess expertise in building services, offshore dredging and diverse systems such as commercial/residential construction; plumbing, sewage, HVAC, fire fighting equipment and Construction Expertise
• Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering; License by recognized Professional body bin Nigeria is a plus
• Must be proficient in standard industry software
• Have a minimum of 6 years expewrience in a similar role
• Job location is Lagos State.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors, monitoring and controlling performance, coordinating with consultants, meeting with suppliers and vendors
• Supervise construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay on budget, and adhere to the original vision for the design, and specify the materials needed for construction of projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; PMP, NSE, COREN is a plus
• Have a minimum of 4 years experience in similar role
• Job location is Lagos state.
