• Checking job Quality
• Ensuring work to be done as per timeline.
• Ensuring bills are being made correctly
• Ensuring and planning work to avoid delay
• Ensuring all contractors are following safety practices
• Making timely reports on work progress

Qualification, Experience & Industry Exposure
Qualification:

• Minimum Professional Qualification Btech/Diploma Electrical engineering
• Desired Professional Qualification Btech Electrical

Experience & Industry Exposure:

• Total Experience 8 to 10 years.
• Relevant Experience i.e in the similar industry Supervision work in construction of buildings.
• Relevant Experience i.e in the similar job role.

Purpose of Job Role (why does this role exist?)

• The Individual will supervise all civil contractors doing work for EPNL erecting buildings/boundary walls.
• He will ensure work as per civil engineering drawings .He will pass the bills.He will ensure the quality and timeline of the job.
• He will also crosscheck work being done by Chemtex civil contractors for Quality and timeline.
• He will make Progress reports for Civil work.
