About the Role

• We are seeking a competent and results-driven Engineer to provide technical oversight on our construction and property development projects, ensuring quality, safety, compliance and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on site.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and standards.
• Review drawings and identify technical issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with architects, quantity surveyors, contractors and consultants.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, quality and construction progress.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related challenges.
• Monitor project schedules and support timely delivery.
• Review contractors’ work and ensure proper execution.
• Assist with material requirements and technical documentation.
• Promote compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Provide technical advice to management when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in construction or real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of project coordination and quality control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple activities.
• COREN or relevant professional registration is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, technically sound and detail-oriented Architect to contribute to the design, development and execution of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and designs for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details and working drawings.
• Produce 2D/3D presentations and architectural visualisations.
• Prepare and review architectural specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate designs with structural, mechanical, electrical and other consultants.
• Conduct site visits and monitor works for compliance with approved designs.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, quantity surveyors and other project stakeholders.
• Identify design/construction issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Review shop drawings, materials and samples where required.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and planning requirements.
• Assist with planning and development approvals.
• Maintain accurate drawings, revisions and project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input.
• Support project presentations, proposals and design reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 2–5 years’ relevant experience in architecture, construction or real estate development.
• ARCON registration is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape or ArchiCAD is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and planning requirements.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of building materials and construction methods.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to support the cost and commercial management of our real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Carry out quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Analyse drawings and specifications for accurate measurement and costing.
• Obtain and analyse current market prices for materials, labour and services.
• Assist with tender preparation, evaluation and contractor selection.
• Review contractors’ quotations and commercial proposals.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
• Prepare valuations, payment certificates and cost reports.
• Assess variations, claims and additional works.
• Support procurement and contractor/vendor negotiations.
• Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation.
• Participate in site meetings and project reviews.
• Assist with contract administration and final accounts.
• Advise management on cost control and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years’ relevant experience in construction or real estate development.
• QSRBN membership/registration is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and costs.
• Good knowledge of BOQs, measurement, estimating and cost control.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of tendering and procurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software.
• CostX, Buildsoft, AutoCAD or similar experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, negotiation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to visit project sites when required.
