Responsibilities

• Safely and responsibly operate assigned trucks, to transport company’s products as required.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users.
• Maintain the vehicle's clean and presentable appearance, both inside and outside, by ensuring regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals at scheduled destinations, considering traffic conditions and road closures.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions promptly to the appropriate authorities and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle usage, safety, and security.

Requirements

• Minimum of School certificate
• 3+ years quality experience as a driver
• Valid driver's license
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably within the Lagos.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of traffic rules and regulations in Lagos and its environs.
• Have a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage the company’s inventory.This includes maintaining inventory records, conducting physical inventory counts, and reconciling inventory records to physical counts.
• Ensure that inventory levels are accurate.This includes identifying and correcting inventory errors, and recommending inventory levels based on sales forecasts and demand.
• Properly account for inventory.This includes ensuring that inventory is properly classified and valued and that inventory transactions are recorded under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Minimize inventory costs. This includes identifying and implementing cost-saving measures, such as vendor consolidation and inventory optimization.
• Other duties as assigned. This may include a variety of other tasks related to inventory management, such as preparing reports, conducting training, and providing support to other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as Inventory Account Officer
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining clear communication between all production departments.
• Ensuring all materials and tools are available and prepared for production.
• Monitor the production process and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Complying with safety and quality regulations at all times.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as document preparation and inventory control.
• Supporting the production team in achieving daily targets and goals.

Requirements

• A Degree with a Science background
• 1 - 2 years of experience as a production assistant
• Training in safety management and quality control protocols pertinent to the industry.
• Experience with industrial tools, machinery, and production software can be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Great multitasking skills.
