    Dispatch Rider

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to ensure the timely delivery of medications, medical supplies, and other items to customers and designated locations.
    • The ideal candidate must possess excellent knowledge of road networks, strong time management skills, and a valid rider's license with a good driving record.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver medications, medical supplies, and other items safely and promptly.
    • Plan efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
    • Verify delivery information and obtain proof of delivery when required.
    • Ensure the assigned motorcycle is well-maintained and in good working condition.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
    • Report delivery issues, delays, accidents, or vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
    • Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and clients.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE qualification.
    • Valid rider's license and a clean driving record.
    • Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider is an added advantage.
    • Good knowledge of local routes and road networks.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Physically fit and able to handle delivery-related tasks.
    • Must reside in or around Gbagada. No accommodation is provided.

    Business Unit Lead (Pharmacy)

    Job Summary

    • The Business Unit Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned business unit, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, inventory integrity, excellent customer service, and team performance while driving business growth and stakeholder satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily business unit operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with organizational standards.
    • Lead, supervise, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence and high performance.
    • Manage inventory planning, stock control, and resource utilization to ensure product availability and accuracy.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, regulators, and internal stakeholders while resolving operational issues promptly.
    • Monitor operational performance, prepare reports, and support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Achieve 40% annual sales growth while maintaining a 10% operating expense ratio.
    • Maintain 95% order fulfilment and inventory accuracy with a stock-out rate of 5% or less.
    • Achieve at least 90% compliance audit and stakeholder satisfaction scores.
    • Maintain a minimum of 85% patient satisfaction and team performance rating.
    • Foster high employee engagement and continuous operational improvement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; professional certification is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in pharmacy management, healthcare services, or a similar leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory management, regulatory compliance, budgeting, vendor management, and risk management.
    • Proficiency in pharmacy management software, Microsoft Office applications, and data reporting tools.
    • Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Must reside either in Enugu, Sapele, Ibadan or Kano. NO accommodation is provided.

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an Inventory officer who will be responsible for overseeing inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet organizational needs.
    • The role involves close collaboration with procurement, supply chain, and other departments to ensure effective stock control and timely replenishment.

    • Strong skills in inventory planning, stock control, vendor management, reporting, and data analysis.
    • Ability to collaborate across teams, improve processes, manage risks, and follow SOPs.
    • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Must reside close to either Victoria Island, Surulere or Ojodu.
