    Field Officer / Enumerators

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking to hire enumerators for a retail market census project in Lagos State, Nigeria.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting field data collection across assigned locations and accurately capturing information from retail outlets within the beverage category.
    • Candidates must be smart, responsible, and able to work effectively within their assigned Local Government Areas (LGAs).

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Visit assigned retail outlets and conduct field data collection activities.
    • Accurately capture and submit required market information.
    • Ensure proper use of data collection devices and applications.
    • Meet daily field coverage and reporting targets.
    • Maintain professionalism while interacting with store owners and respondents.
    • Report daily activities and challenges to assigned supervisors.
    • Ensure compliance with project guidelines and operational procedures.

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE qualification.
    • Must possess a functional Android smartphone.
    • Power bank availability is an added advantage.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.
    • Must be familiar with the assigned locality or LGA.
    • Previous field, sales, or survey experience is an added advantage.
    • Must be available throughout the project duration.
    • Interested candidates must possess good communication skills, a functional smartphone, and the ability to navigate assigned field locations efficiently.
